Digital Career Services

We promote employment, create sustainable growth for the whole society and coach professionals to new career paths. Our own competence is a unique combination of extensive experience in coaching and education and a strong acquaintance of the ICT sector. We produce digital career services and open-mindedly develop new solutions to support employment. 

Our digital career services have been organized in e.g. Lapland, Northern Savo, Häme, South-East Finland, and Pirkanmaa. Annually, around 2000 people take part in them, looking for a new direction, career, or study opportunities.  

Our Coaches

All BearIT career coaches have higher education diplomas and pedagogical qualifications. They guide clients toward their individual goals in refining career plans, updating competences, finding study paths, entirely new careers or employment in their current field. The coaching takes place on our modern digital coaching platform, face-to-face, or via chat. Customer satisfaction with our services is exceptional: according to questionnaires, BearIT customer satisfaction is an average of 4.2 out of 5. 

Coaching Platform

Our own BearIT coaching platform is in use in our services both as a mobile app and through an internet browser. The platform carries all the materials and assignments for our individual coaching programs. The coaching path has sections opening on a schedule, and the customer progresses through them regardless of place or time of day, at their own convenience. Our expert coaches give feedback on assignments handed in and offer their support on the platform chat. New events on the coaching path trigger notifications for the customer – but they can also be silenced if the customer does not want to receive them. Our experts can track and analyze clients’ activity and feedback given on the platform through PowerBI.
